Shepherd is wonderful to work with. They have been responsive every time we've called including when we had a little leak in the crawl space,. They were here within 30 minutes. Our service guy never leaves a mess and has on a couple of occasions made helpful suggestions about how we can use our water supply more efficiently. I highly recommend them.
Highly recommend Shepherd Plumbing! Had a water leak under my house over the July 4th holiday weekend in Centreville and called Shepherd Plumbing. The office staff and crews were wonderful. They communicated throughout the project to keep me informed of what was happening and what to expect and when everything would be repaired. They worked very hard to get the repair done quickly. The water was turned back on and everything looks great. Very neat and professional crews. Highly recommend them for their customer service, honesty and workmanship!
