I can't begin to say "wonderful" enough! The store was out of my size in a wedge that I "NEEDED". They offered to take my name and call me if/when they got a shipment in. The next day I called back to get the style name so I could do a little searching myself... Janet called me back a few minutes later asking if I wanted her to check the Rehobeth location. She did and they had them. I paid for them over the phone and they are shipping directly to my home. Janet went above and beyond - and yeah, they're "just shoes", but in a world where customer service is seriously lacking sometimes - it's nice to know GREAT service still exists!
