If there were to be a negative star button I would give them 5. Absolutely horrible my dog had an emergency and my regular vet was closed, called these joke of a Vet hospital and we were told "you must take or have an appointment" when there website clearly states

I decided to change my 1 year old French bulldogs vet and gave Queenstown animal hospital a try. The facility is clean, I mean spotless (a huge deal to me). Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Unlike other vets they didn’t try to rush me out of the room while I asked additional questions. I found my babies new vet and I am also switching my cat there as well.
They cute for their clients, YOUR PET. They have My birthday boy a gift and one for his sister at home. I was touched. Wonderful visit.
What holds Queenstown Veterinary Hospital over anyone else in the area is their carefulness and respect towards the animal as if he/she were a human or part of my family or even part as their own. No lost blood records, all history documented and follow up phone calls are what make these professionals at the top of my list for my dogs health concerns or questions. Very professional people running a very professional business/practice!
The staff was rude didn't direct us at all we were on our own thankful that there its a real Animal Hospital in Annapolis who actual cares for its pets and owners. I will never even consider to connect this place again and I would advice anyone who reads this to do the same.
Dr. Benner and the help were so amazing! I am a first time dog owner and they took me through the whole experience step by step. They explained everything to where I could understand and what to do if things happen. They are very quick with responding and the office is VERY clean! I HIGHLY recommend to anyone! Thank you guys for being so wonderful!! And great customer service!
